Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide.

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Projects may include integrations with third-party providers such as payment gateways, booking engines, hosting providers, analytics services, and software platforms.

TheWebefy is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

7. SEO Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, bookings, or business outcomes.

8. Website Maintenance & Support

Maintenance and support services are only provided when included in a purchased package or active support agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TheWebefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

10. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

We strive to keep our website operational at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
